The Guide

It already knows the day, the water and the fish.

Open the guide anywhere in the app and it walks in with the whole picture — everything on the conditions page, the state's full record for that lake, and how your species behaves right now. You never set the scene. You just ask where to start.

You don't type out your situation. Open the guide on a lake and it already has the water body, the species you're chasing, what the weather has been doing for days, what it's doing right now, and what the state's own records say about that lake.

The answer comes back as depth, presentation and the hour to fish it — then the reasoning underneath it, in the language of the water: which shore the wind has been stacking bait on, where the thermocline sits, what the stocking history means for how many fish are actually down there.
